Gary Bucciarelli is Senior Vice President of Corporate Services and Chief Administration Officer of MEDRAD, INC., responsible for Corporate Services functions including Corporate Communications, Customer Support & Satisfaction, Facilities, Finance, Global Procurement & Travel, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, Market Research and Performance Excellence.
Gary’s career at MEDRAD is a prime example of the company’s philosophy of developing employees through roles in different areas of the business. He joined MEDRAD as Treasurer in 1993, responsible for corporate cash management, treasury, risk management and external financial reporting functions.
In 1996 he was named Vice President of Human Resources, where he launched the development and implementation of a strategic HR plan that enhanced key processes in support of MEDRAD’s growth. Named Vice President of Finance in 2002, Gary led the implementation of numerous improvements in working capital management and financial reporting and analysis capabilities.
In 2004, he was named Senior Vice President of the Magnetic Resonance Strategic Business Unit, which experienced double-digit growth and developed more than 15 new products and extensions under his leadership. In 2007 Gary was named Sr. Vice President and Chief Administration Officer.
Prior to joining MEDRAD, he spent 11 years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand), where he was a member of the firm’s audit department, with an industry focus on emerging growth and technology companies. Gary received a B.S. degree in business administration from St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.
Gary serves on the Board of Trustees of UPMC Passavant Hospital and the Passavant Foundation.
