Installation Requirements
Installation of MR Syringe Loader is simple and requires minimal drilling. The customer or Bio-med engineer completes installation using MEDRAD’s install instructions which are included in each MR Syringe Loader box. MEDRAD phone support is available, if needed.

Warranty
MR Syringe Loader is covered under warranty for twelve (12) months from date of shipment.

Support
MEDRAD supports MR Syringe Loader through telephone support (1-800-MEDRAD-S) but not field level service or repair.
